I brought my car in this morning as it was making a terrible noise. In the past week, I spent 6 hours waiting while two other mechanics looked for the cause but couldn't find anything. My appointment with Joe started right on time (amazing! Both the others made me wait about 1 1/2 hours before they could even start to look at the car...And I had appointments with them, booked well in advance.) Joe figured out and fixed the problem in 10 or 15 minutes. This was the best auto repair experience I've ever had. Not only is he a super knowledgeable mechanic, but he is honest and has integrity. I will bring my car here from now on!
